At Ugly Data, we didn’t “go green” – We’ve always been green.

Our state of the art servers consume less than half the power of the previous year’s models. And our sophisticated hypervisor software allows us to reduce our physical servers count fifteen to one compared with traditional methods of managed hosting. All that while retaining a performance, delivery, and uptime model you can rely on for your needs.

• At Ugly Data sustainability is an issue that is continually brought to the table. We are joining committees, looking at alternative energies and the latest technologies to continually improve our infrastructure. We started building our datacenters with sustainability as our priority and will continue to improve with the latest technology.
• Ugly Data has joined NW Ohio EPIC’s Green Initiative committee which includes creating initiatives on promoting a greener, healthier, more sustainable Northwest Ohio.
• Ugly Data works closely with the director of the alternative energy incubator at University of Toledo. We continue to learn and research on how to reside on alternative / renewable energies.
• Ugly Data has partnered with Greenopolis.com. Greenopolis is the first “green”, interactive, collaborative, educational, website to bring together communities, environmental, organizations, universities, foundations and corporations to reward individuals for making incremental positive environmental changes.
